Refunds and Returns At Computer Cave, we are committed to your satisfaction. While our standard policy does not include refunds or returns for online purchases, exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply. For new in-box products, please note that once opened, they are not eligible for a standard return. However, we offer a buyback option, where we're open to purchasing the device back at our standard rate for open box items. Damages and Issues Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at team@computercave.com or 804-299-2476. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
Exchanges Exchanging items with Computer Cave is a hassle-free process. You can exchange an item for another of equal price, or pay the difference for a higher-priced product. To proceed, contact us at team@computercave.com. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Once we accept your return, you're welcome to make a new purchase for your desired item.
Refunds If a return is accepted under our case-by-case policy, we'll process the refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. The refund process usually takes up to 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies might need additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us at team@computercave.com.
