Exchanges At Computer Cave, exchanges are straightforward. You can exchange an item for another of equivalent price, or pay the difference for a higher-priced product. To proceed, please contact us at team@computercave.com. Remember, to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After we accept your return, you're welcome to make a new purchase for your desired item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It's normal for banks or credit card companies to take some time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us at team@computercave.com.
